Certification Coaching

Congratulations for getting to this point in your coaching journey. CTI’s 6 month certification program will enable you to take everything you learned in the core curriculum and dive deeper. This will also be the time where you continue to figure out who you want to be as a coach.

As a Front of the Room Leader for CTI…​

I have the privilege of working with students as they begin their coaching journey. There is nothing I enjoy more than continuing that relationship as a mentor coach to those working toward their CPCC Certification and ICF crudentials.

During our sessions, I will model co-active coaching in support of your growth as a person and as a coach. AND… as a mentor coach, I give space to my clients to ask questions along the way. These questions range from how to setup a coaching practice and get more clients to what would you do if…
